Grizzly Bear - Shields These two tracks from the forthcoming Shields showcase, for the first time, Grizzly Bear as a rock band. Sleeping Ute announces itself to us with a rhythmic jaunt, sidled into a groove on entry of a thunderous bass, crunching guitars and a daunting and storm-ridden sound pallet. Yet Again is altogether more sinister, and ultimately more chaotic - even if introduced by a synchronised rhythm and chord progression giving the illusion of simplicity.
